Claudia is a recognized senior executive that has led retirement product organizations at Empower, JP Morgan and Prudential. Before launching her consulting business, she was Empower's Chief Customer Experience Officer.
As an independent consultant, she has lead successful engagements with providers, retirement specialist firms and is a strategic advisor for new entrants in the retirement solutions space.
